Carrot Halwa

Ingredients:
1 cup Carrot
3 spoon Ghee
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
Elachi powder
Cashew
Raisin

Method:
1. Grate the Carrot
2. Add 2 spoon of ghee in heated frying pan.
3. Add the grated carrot and fry for 5 min.
4. Add Sugar and fry for 5 min.
5. Add milk and boil for 2-3 min.
6. Roast the cashew and raisin in ghee in separate pan and add it.
7. Add elachi powder and serve.
