Coconut burfi (Kayi metayi)

Ingredients:
1 Cup grated coconut
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 spoon Elachi powder 
2 spoon Ghee

Method:
1. In mixing bowl, add grated coconut and sugar. Mix it well. Keep it for 15 min.
2.  Meanwhile grease a tray using ghee.
3. Now transfer the coconut sugar mixture into Thick bottom pan.
4. Cook in low flame with continuous stirring till all the bubbles vanishes and mixture start leaving the pan.
5. Add the elachi powder and mix well.
6. Transfer the mixture into greased pan.
7. Cut into diamond or square shape when it is still hot.
