Ingredients:
250 gm Lady's Finger
1 Medium Size Onion
1 Medium Tomato
1 spoon Channa Dal
1 Spoon Urd dal
1 spoon Mustard seed
1/4 Cup Oil
1 Spoon lemon juice / Tamarind juice.
2 Spoon Red Chilly powder
Curry Leaves
Salt
Method:
1. Make slices of Lady's Finger.
2. Heat 2 spoon of oil in pan.
3. Add Lady's Finger and roast it.
4. In another pan, Heat the remaining oil.
5. Crackle the mustard seed.
6. Add Channa dal and urd dal. Fry till it become golden brown.
7. Add chopped onion and curry leaves. Cook for 3-4 min till onion become transparent.

11. Add the lemon juice/Tamarind juice.
12 Turn off the stove. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves.
