Coconut milk (Kayi halu)

Ingredients:
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup water

Method:
1. Grind the coconut by adding 1/4 cup of water to make fine paste.
2. Pour the paste into bowl, add the remaining water and mix well.
3. Filter the coconut milk using strainer into another bowl or cup.

Note:
1. It is good combination with Khichadi and Shavige
