Masala papad

Ingredients:
2 Urd Dal Papad
1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
1/4 cup grated Carrot
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 small finely chopped tomato
2 spoon Lemon juice
1 spoon Chat Masala powder
1/2 spoon Red chilly powder
Salt
Coriander Leaves
Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. Deep fry Urd dal papad in low flame.
2. In mixing bowl, add onion, carrot, coconut, tomato, chat masala powder, red chilly powder, lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves and salt. Mix it.
3. Place papad on plate. Spread the mixture over the papad just before serving.

Note:
1. Papad will become soft by absorbing water in mixture. So spread the mixture only just before serving
