Ingredients:
3 cup Puri (Puffed Rice)
1 medium size chopped onion
3-4 Green chilly
Curry leaves
Coriander
1/4 cup of grated coconut
1 tea spoon Urd dal(Uddina bele)
1 tea spoon Channa dal (Kadle bele)
1 tea spoon mustard
1/4 cup oil
1/4 spoon Turmeric powder
1/2 spoon Lemon juice
Salt
Water for Washing puri(puffed rice)
Method:
1. Wash the puffed rice. Wait for 2 min till it become soft. Drain the water.
2. In frying pan heat the oil.
3. Add Mustard, urd dal, channa dal and fry till it become little brown.
4. Add chopped onion, green chilly, curry leaves. Cook for 5 min till Onion become translucent.
5. Add turmeric powder.
6. Add salt according to your taste
7. Add puffed rice.
8. Add grated coconut and chopped coriander and mix it.
9. Cook for 2 min in low flame.
10. Turn off stove and mix the lemon juice.
Note:
1. Serve with Mango pickle.
