Sabakki upittu

Ingredients:
1 cup Sabakki ( sabudana )
1 medium size chopped onion
1/4 cup Roasted Groundnut chunks
3-4 Green chilly
Curry leaves
Coriander
1/4 cup of grated coconut
1 tea spoon Urd dal(Uddina bele)
1 tea spoon Channa dal (Kadle bele)
1 tea spoon mustard
1/4 cup oil
Salt

Method:
1. Soak sabudana overnight.
2. Wash in running water and drain using colander.
3. In frying pan heat the oil.
4. Add Mustard, urd dal, channa dal and fry till it become little brown.
5. Add chopped onion, green chilly, curry leaves and Green peas. Cook for 5 min.
6. Add salt according to your taste 
7. Add soaked sabudana and Mix well.
8. Cook in low flame by closing the lid till the sabudana becomes transparent.
9. Add grated coconut and mix it.
10. Cook for 2 min in low flame.
11. Add the groundnut chunks and mix it.
12. Garnish with chopped coriander.
