Green tomato chutney

Ingredients:
250 gm Green Tomato
1 spoon Urd dal
1 spoon Channa Dal
5-6 Green chilly
1 spoon grated coconut
1 medium size chopped Onion
4-5 Garlic clove
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil

Tempering:
1 tea spoon mustard
2-3 spoon oil
Curry leaves

Method:

Tempering:
1. In a small pan, heat the oil.
2. Crackle the mustard seed. 
3. Then add curry leaves.

Chutney:
1. Dry roast Channa dal and urd dal. Transfer into plate for cooling.
2. Heat 1 spoon oil in pan. Add chopped onion and garlic clove. Fry for 3-4 min. Onions should be half fried.
3. Transfer onion and garlic to plate for cooling.
4. Fry chopped green tomato for 7-8 min till raw smell goes off.
5. Now add channa dal, urd dal and green chilly into mixer. Grind to make fine powder. 
6. Now add tomato, onion, garlic, grated coconut, coriander leaves and salt according to your taste. Grind to make fine paste.
7. Add tempering  and serve.

Note:
1. Water should not be used for grinding.
