Stuffed Capsicum Bonda

Ingredients:

Stuffing:
2 Medium Onion
1/4 cup finely chopped beans
1/4 cup grated or finely chopped Carrot
1 spoon Ginger paste
1 spoon Garlic paste
1 spoon Garam Masala powder
1 spoon Red chilly powder
1/4 cup oil
Salt 

Prepare Bonda:
1 cup Kadle hittu (Besan flour)
2 spoon Rice flour
1/2 cup water
2 Capsicum
3-4 spoon Red chilly powder
1 spoon Baking soda
Salt
Oil for deep frying

Serving:
1 finely chopped Onion
1 finely chopped Tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:

Stuffing:
1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Add ginger and garlic paste. Fry till it become golden brown 
3. Add Onion and fry for 2 min.
4. Add Beans and Carrot. Fry till it cooked well.
5. Add garam masala, red chilly powder and salt. Mix well.
6. Allow it to cool.

Prepare Bonda:
1. Heat 2-3 spoon of oil in frying pan.
2. In mixing bowl add kadle hittu and rice flour.
3. Add the heated oil to the mixing bowl.
4. Add baking soda and Red chilly powder.
5. Add Salt according to your taste.
6. Mix it well.
7. Add water little by little to make it soft batter.
8. Heat the remaining oil in frying pan.
9. Meanwhile cut the capsicum in the middle to form cup shape. Remove the seeds inside.
10. Fill the stuffing into the capsicum cups.
11. Now dip the capsicum in batter and put it in oil. 

10. Fry them till they become golden brown.

Serving:
1. Cut the Bonda into two pieces.
2. Spread Onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
3. Optionally you can add lemon juice.
4. Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
